Regnetix™ is a registered trademark in the European Union. The Regnetix™ network is coordinated by Regnetix Alliance, a Swiss Verein established under Articles 60–79 of the Swiss Civil Code, with its registered office at Viale Cattaneo 1, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. The Verein functions as the central governance and coordinating entity of the Alliance.

Role and Legal Nature of the Verein

The Regnetix Alliance Verein is a non-operational association that provides governance, brand stewardship, unified assurance standards, and coordination among member firms. The Verein does not deliver professional services, issue audit reports, or enter into client engagements.

The Verein may represent the Alliance in interactions with third parties solely for matters related to governance, admission procedures, disciplinary processes, brand protection, methodological alignment, and inter-firm coordination. Such representation does not create liability for services performed by member firms.

Responsibilities and Authority

The Regnetix Alliance Verein is responsible for: establishing and maintaining the Professional Charter; defining and updating the Methodology Framework; overseeing membership admission and withdrawal; developing eligibility and termination policies for member firms; coordinating quality-assurance standards and methodological consistency; managing internal disciplinary procedures for violations of network rules; providing mechanisms for dispute resolution between member firms and between member firms and the Alliance.

The Verein’s authority is strictly limited to these governance and coordination functions. It does not assume liability for professional services performed by member firms.

Independent Member Firms

All audit reports are issued and confirmed exclusively by the member firm responsible for the engagement. The Regnetix Alliance Verein may, upon request, confirm the membership status of the issuing firm and the applicability of the network’s unified assurance framework, but does not confirm, validate, or assume responsibility for the content of any audit report.

The network’s unified assurance framework is designed to promote consistency of methodology and professional standards across member firms. Each member firm remains solely responsible for the execution, professional judgment, and regulatory compliance of its own engagements.

Each Regnetix™ member firm is a separate and autonomous legal entity, independently owned and managed. Member firms are solely responsible for their own services, reports, client engagements, risk management, regulatory compliance, and professional obligations.

No member firm may bind the Regnetix Alliance Verein or any other member firm. Likewise, neither the Verein nor any member firm assumes responsibility for the acts or omissions of another member firm.

Use of the Regnetix™ Brand

Member firms are licensed to use the Regnetix™ brand subject to compliance with the Professional Charter, Methodology Framework, and the governance rules established by the Regnetix Alliance Verein.

Additional Legal Disclaimers

Nothing on this website shall be construed as creating or implying a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or fiduciary duty between the Regnetix Alliance Verein and any member firm, or among the member firms themselves. The network is not a single global firm nor a unified partnership structure.

The Verein is not a licensed audit, cybersecurity, or assurance provider and does not perform or offer professional services. Use of the Regnetix™ brand by member firms is subject to ongoing compliance with network requirements and may be withdrawn in cases of non-compliance.
